Ever needed to have a service or repair done and it seemed as if the job was never going to end? This is mainly because many service providers do not have a very good system implementation to keep their clients informed on the status and progress of their repairs. We understand the frustration specially when there is a time sensitive situation or majority of your work life relies heavily on your computer.
PARS Computing has not came up with the perfect solution either (not yet). We will however, be posting status updates of your service progress every 3 hours and you can choose to have the status sent to you via e-mail, mobile text message or check it online through a password protected portal just for your service. Please fill out the form bellow and let us know how you would like your service status updates! (you must enter the client service number provided to you buy technician)
